Lowe's Home Improvement at 400 West Army Trail Road, Carol Stream, Illinois.

My family purchased a gas range, a dishwasher, and a fridge from this place. They delivered the range and dishwasher, except the delivery guys didn't unpack anything or remove the old appliances like they were supposed to. We were never informed that they were supposed to, or that we should tell them to if they don't. They were also supposed to take the empty boxes and packaging material with them, which we also didn't know.
Nonetheless, the range and dishwasher arrived, and I called Lowe's to see when the installer would arrive. To my surprise, I learned that an install wasn't even scheduled yet! Something else the associate was supposed to do when we originally bought the appliances. I was told the next available installation was in a week, but someone (I forgot who, but she was very helpful) squeezed us in for the next day, considering we had two huge boxes in our kitchen.
The installer (Corporate Installers) was supposed to come sometime around noon, but he arrived at 9, and immediately got irritated at my mom cause she was making breakfast on the stove. He got more irritated when he saw that the appliances weren't opened, and claimed that it wasn't his job to remove the old appliances or get rid of the garbage. The entire time he was working, he was clearly not happy. We asked for the old appliances to be put in the garage, and he did so and left, taking only the garbage from the dishwasher.
Fast forward about 2-3 weeks, and we're trying to create a second kitchen in the house. Our contractor got everything ready, and was about to install the old stove, when he noticed the pipe leading to the range was broken. He showed us, and said that if he installed it, it would lead to gas leaks. Note: this stove was 100% working before we got it removed. The only reason we replaced it was because my mom wanted stainless steel appliances. Besides that, it worked perfectly fine. Now it can't be used cause an irreplaceable part has been broken. I called Lowe's, since neither their delivery team nor the installer they hired did their job right. They had the installation company contact me with the installer on the line. He was clearly annoyed (yet again), and said that he didn't do anything wrong and that the contractor must have broken it or probably doesn't know how to install an oven. After he said his side, the representative said that clearly it wasn't the installers fault, completely ignoring my claims, and said it was up to Lowe's, and that they couldn't do anything.
Another hour or two passed, and an associate from Lowe's called. She said that she thought I was calling about damage to the new range, and that they weren't responsible for any damage to the old appliances.
So essentially, they're not responsible for anything their delivery or installation teams do.

Honestly, save your money and time and go to Home Depot or Menards instead.

(the fridge isn't arriving till February, despite us buying it in early December)
